Find A Subobject — .FindObject • SeuratObject

Determine the slot that a subobject is contained in

.FindObject(object, name, exclude = c("misc", "tools"))

Arguments

object: An S4 object
name: Name of subobject to find
exclude: A character vector of slot names to exclude

Value

The name of the slot that contains name; returns NULL if a subobject named name cannot be found
